Atit holds a LLB degree along with a PG Diploma in International Trade and Business Laws and has a vast experience in legal areas like Intellectual Property Rights, Litigation (civil, criminal, company matters) and Corporate draftings.
An early starter who started his legal learning in 2001 immediately after his schooling with a law firm in Supreme Court and learnt the nuances and niti-grities of each legal work over years while on-the-job training.
He has a keen eye to review each document carefully and draft complex agreements as per the clients best interest while foreseeing any possible issues that may arise.
He is also a Trademark Attorney and an expert in Intellectual Property Laws. He looks after the firms Trademarks, Copyrights, Designs & Patents on national & International level – including their filings, hearings for office objections & oppositions, pursuing legal actions for/ against infringements and has a hands on experience upon various high profile IPR matters.
He has a goal-oriented approach towards every case he receives and offers legal consultation across a wide variety of legal issues and has been handling drafting & litigation matters at Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts and various Tribunals and Commissions.
He is also a Mentor & Speaker with many organizations like Cherie Blaire Foundation for Women (CBWF), National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN Global), 91 Springboard, IIT Delhi, etc.
